Sakura sees itself as a quiet place for focused dining. The kitchen follows the seasons, the architecture the idea of omission.
Every evening begins with stillness: a carefully folded cloth, a small dish of salt, the sound of hot water meeting tea. The dishes are composed with respect for product and producer – understated, calm and yet precise.
We work with small quantities, slow cooking and consciously chosen contrasts. Textures take centre stage, not effects: soft rice, crisp skin, fresh acidity.
